Hallelujah! Great news from the doctor today! After reading the data from the seizure this morning, an origination area was found and it is quite small, which the doctor said is very good! They were then able to see how the seizure progressed, how long it took and what other areas of the brain it spread to over the 30 minutes. She said that there are 2 other areas that they are interested in taking a look at in addition to the one origination area. The hope is that he will have another seizure today or tomorrow so that they have even more data to read. If all goes well, they will do the cortical stim on Monday which will tell them if the area(s) they have marked can be safely removed without causing deficit.

A big THANK YOU to James and Kathy who came bearing home-made cookies and magazines this afternoon! And for the yummy treat from Miracle Mile deli -- their world famous hot pastrami sandwiches!!!! We are very blessed!

I know you know this, but just to help keep your focus in the midst of the storms of life.

God is with us:
They shall call His name Immanuel which is translated, “God with us”. Mat. 1:23
And lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Mat. 28:20b
For He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Heb. 13:5b

God is For us:
What then shall we say to these things? “If God is for us, who can be against us?” Rom. 8:31

God is in us:
But you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:17
Jesus answered and said to Him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word ; and My father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.” John 14:23
Christ in you, the Hope of Glory. Col. 1:27b

Love, the O's
